This adaptogenic mushroom formula, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, contains carefully selected organic ingredients that have traditionally been used to support the body in moments of exertion.

Golden Shrooms contains dual-extracted Reishi and Cordyceps mushrooms for higher bio-availability and higher levels of beta-glucans. They are full-spectrum extracts created through traditional extraction methods in China.

Reishi is a powerful adaptogenic mushroom that stabilises our immune system function, promoting a healthy immune system. It is also renowned for its ability to improve quality of sleep and has an anti-inflammatory action which is typical of adaptogens.

Cordyceps has long been used to improve physical performance and is also a natural aphrodisiac. It is a powerful adaptogen that supports immune system function and fights free radicals.

Instructions

Add 1/2 teaspoon (1g) of Golden Shrooms to hot water, mylk, teas and coffee.

Still early to feel the health benefits but I'm really loving having this in my morning green tea. Recommend for those looking to feed themselves the benefits of mushrooms :)

Most recent order left me rather disappointed. The recipe has changed. The flavour is different & there is less mushroom in the mix. Have definitely noticed the change. Such a shame. I bought one for a good friend after raving about it but they won’t get the joy of that original recipe I really enjoyed.

I normally enjoy bean to cup coffee most mornings. This powder adds a new depth of flavour to the coffee without overpowering the coffee’s own flavour notes. I think it will be needing to take some of the powder on holidays, when away from home, to remind myself of home comforts!

I have been taking Golden Shrooms with my morning (decaf) coffee for a couple of weeks now. It tastes really nice mixed in, mostly gives it a hint of cinnamon. The most notable benefit has been how much more refreshed I’ve been feeling when I wake up, like I’ve had a much better sleep and ready to get straight out of bed. Love it!
